Returns/Refunds
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me an email within 5 days of receipt with your concerns. At this time we can't except returns by purchasing from our shop, all purchases are FINAL. However, if a return is agreed opinion due to special circumstance, please note the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I must receive the product from you before I can issue your refund. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. The best way to reach us is thru ETSY messages as I check them throughout the day.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. My processing time is approximately five business days, then 5-7 days for the shipment to arrive via USPS. I cannot control your package once it has shipped and is with USPS. This shop is not responsible for late or missing packages. I highly recommend upgrading to PRIORITY MAIL if you need fast shipping. When the package has been handed off to USPS it is out of my control how fast it arrives. I have to wait 30 DAYS before claims can be filed and possible refunds can be processed (WHICH isn't guaranteed as I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages). I will do my best to correct what I can. Please message me through Etsy with any questions or concerns.

The earrings are just as described and so cute!! Julie was great during my whole process because my package was lost by USPS. She guided me along the way of submitting a claim on Etsy. Thankfully after 2 weeks it was found! I would purchase again!
