Returns/Refunds
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me an email within 5 days of receipt with your concerns. At this time we can't except returns by purchasing from our shop, all purchases are FINAL. However, if a return is agreed opinion due to special circumstance, please note the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I must receive the product from you before I can issue your refund. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Shipping
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. My processing time is approximately five business days, then 5-7 days for the shipment to arrive via USPS. I cannot control your package once it has shipped and is with USPS. This shop is not responsible for late or missing packages. I highly recommend upgrading to PRIORITY MAIL if you need fast shipping. When the package has been handed off to USPS it is out of my control how fast it arrives. I have to wait 30 DAYS before claims can be filed and possible refunds can be processed (WHICH isn't guaranteed as I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages). I will do my best to correct what I can. Please message me through Etsy with any questions or concerns.

Product is cute, but customer service, communication and shipping times weren't. I messaged the seller (on a friday) about shipping times. The auto message answered my question, the item wouldn't be able to be shipped in time. But then the seller responded that it was ready & could be shipped out on Monday. I paid priority shipping for extra wiggle room. Seller never responded to my next message. Label was made, but it was never shipped out until the following Sunday. Over a week later, & it was a day before the priority window closed for arrival, meaning it wasn't even sent in the priority time window & absolutely would not be arriving in time. No communication from seller about any issues.

These were perfect fort Festival of the Arts. I was impressed they didn’t fly off when I rode Guardians of the Galaxy. I highly recommend!
