Returns/Refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me an email within 5 days of receipt with your concerns. At this time we can't except returns by purchasing from our shop, all purchases are FINAL. However, if a return is agreed opinion due to special circumstance, please note the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping

Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. My processing time is approximately five business days, then 5-7 days for the shipment to arrive via USPS. I cannot control your package once it has shipped and is with USPS. This shop is not responsible for late or missing packages. I highly recommend upgrading to PRIORITY MAIL if you need fast shipping. When the package has been handed off to USPS it is out of my control how fast it arrives. I have to wait 30 DAYS before claims can be filed and possible refunds can be processed (WHICH isn't guaranteed as I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages).
